KM Believe that complying laws, policies and regulations under compliance policy can facilitate the growth of the company effectively. To enhance internal controls and compliance and ensure the practice of AML by all staff, KM has established a Compliance Committee and Risk Management Department in April 2021. To forecast the potential operational and legal risks faced by KM and ensure the compliance guidelines are up-to-date to comply with latest legal and regulatory rules.

資料保安系統
Data security system is so important for KM International Co., Limited, employees must take practical steps to ensure the security of personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, processing, loss, or other use-security measures on the system. Employees’ system usage authority should only have a limit that does not affect their daily work and should be checked regularly. The employee is responsible for changing the password regularly.
KM十分重視資料保安系列，每一位職員須確保日常業務的電腦已安裝「資料保安系統」，免受未獲授權的文件意外地被查閱、處理、刪除、遺失或其他使用，確保公司日常業務中的文件是安全，而不會發生資料外事故，以加強資料保安及對客戶個人資料私隱的保障。職員的系統使用權限應只具有不影響日常工作的限度，並應定期檢視，員工有責任定期更改密碼。
